Throughout his career, he’s successfully represented buyers and sellers in hundreds of transactions, single handedly purchased over 100 properties through foreclosure auctions, handled the acquisition and disposition of over 30 million dollars in non-performing loans, and is now successfully managing the construction of luxury developments.
At his firm, Abel has maintained his position as a Broker-Agent not only because he’s passionate about being a Realtor but because he understands it allows him to offer a perspective to his agents that is both current and changing.He advises his agents with strategies and provides them with tools he utilizes in his own transactions.
